Does it have an agitator in it? null

The WT7300CV uses an impeller instead of an agitator. ^CP

No. But you dont need that with this washer. It agitates the water znd clothes. No worrying about clothes getting ripped.

It is on the bottom, probably some might not like that but I was viewing the first wash and to my surprise it was great.

No- there is no agitator, and it spins the clothes well without it-
