“I've had my machine since January and for the past month almost every load I'm washing has pauses during the cycle with IE. I move a few things and restart, but it happens again after sometimes a SHORT time. What is the cause and solution?”

• Return now if you can. Only gets worse. Mine has broken at 3 years old with LE code which comes after the IE code
