- Answer Missed the center agitator on the old machines. Water use is really up ti you - the machine is as efficient as most - but for those loads where you need to add water you can - a real advantage

QuestionHow do I turn off the Wi-Fi on this washing machine? It sends out the strongest Wi-Fi signal in my household. I downloaded user manual but it does not talk about turning it off. I downloaded the ThinQ app and it does not have the setting to turn it off

- Answer Hi David. To turn off the WiFi on your LG washer model #WT7405CW, you can press and hold the WiFi button on the control panel for 3 seconds to disconnect it from your network. If the WiFi light remains on, unplug the washer to reset it and forget the WiFi details. As a last resort, perform a factory reset by following the steps in your user manual: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-WT7405CW.ABWEUUS. QuestionHow do you disable Turbo Wash feature temporarily for normal wash?

- Answer When you close all your features, you should be able to undo by pressing the Turbo feature. I haven’t had a chance to play around with it much, but have been able to make it come on and off. I don’t know the perfect sequence. (Not intuitive)

Questionwhere is the filter located?

- Answer The only filters on this washer are located on back of washer where water input hoses connect. Turn off water, disconnect the two water hoses at the washer and the filters are located there. Remove and rinse clean. Put back together, turn water back on.
