“Can I change temp settings when using the Normal cycle or do you have to use the default of warm wash? When I tap temp change, nothing happens. Also can you use bleach with the quick wash setting?”

You should be able to change the water temperature. All options are available in the normal cycle. Press the button for the desired modifier until the indicator light for the desired setting is lit .A chime will sound and the LED will not light if a selection is not allowed. Temp. selects the wash and rinse temperature combination for the selected cycle. The manual highlights for the Speed Wash do not say no to use bleach in this cycle, it only specifies to use very little detergent.
