- Answer Sorry about that. You can access the Owner's Manual and User Guide from the support page at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-WT7305CV.ASSEUUS. You can download new and specialized cycles that are not included in the standard cycles on the appliance with the LG ThinQ application. Only one downloaded cycle can be stored on the appliance at a time. ^Daphane

QuestionIf there’s no internal heating element, how does the wt7800 heat water enough to kill germs in Sanitize cycle? How is it different than using hot temperature setting on another cycle?

- Answer Hello, for sanitize cycle the machine uses ma big amount of hot water compared to other cycles since it is mixed with cold water.^Venette

- Answer It does not allow you to use hot during the speed wash. I have not used the delicate wash yet. I do really love this washer!

- Answer Don't put any fabric softener in. I use dryer sheets in dryer instead.

- Answer Press the Special Care button to to select additional features, such as Soak, Stain Care and Rinse + Spin. Soak provides a 30-minute presoak prior to the start of the selected cycle. Use this option to presoak garments to help remove difficult spots or stains on fabrics. At the end of the presoak time, the selected cycle will begin with the same water used for soaking. ^Daphane

QuestionWith lid open, I understand there needs to be 57.25” for lid to fully open. Will the lid stay in the open position if my cabinet above is only 54” from floor?

- Answer Yes, the 5.5 capacity LG will most definitely wash a King size quilt, comforter or blanket. You have both a "Bedding" and a "Deep Wash" option. I used the Bedding to wash my king size comforter.

QuestionI’m comparing this washer with a Ge model that has smart dispense where you can pour 75oz of detergent into a reservoir and it automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent into each load. Does this model do that?

- Answer No this model does not do that. I live in Wisconsin and my washer is in the basement. I would not be able to use a washer that holds that much detergent as I would be afraid of the detergent freezing.
