An air fryer circulates the air more rapidly thus speeding up the cooking process. The fan speed is faster on air fry mode than convection. I am sorry, the factory did not provide that information on how long it takes the oven to warm up to the desired temperature. Please seek help in the LG Community Forum, https://lgcommunity.us.com.
