“I just had my tv hooked up to Spectrum cable. I have tried a few things with the picture display, but I am having an issue with seeing the full screen being televised. No matter what I adjust, it just doesn't reduce the image to see what is being shown”

When you switch to the HDMI Input on the TV that you Set-Top box is connected to, the picture will fill the whole screen on the TV...^IFV
