We regret to read about the issues that you are experiencing with your new 65" OLED. Pardon us for not referring to the correct model for your set. The model showing up in your inquiry is linking to the LG - 55" Class - (54.6" Diag.) - OLED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - with High Dynamic Range - Silver, Model # OLED55c6P. The issue that you are describing (i.e. the jumping and stuttering) sounds like what is technically referred to as Judder, a jerky movement seen on the screen. You can access the Picture Options in the menu and you will find the De-Judder/De-Blur settings that you can manually adjust to see if that clears that up.
