Yes it does, I used my Bluetooth with Bose Noise cancelling recently.

Yes, works really well with my Bose BT headphones. As soon as I turn the headphones on it redirects all sounds to headphones. Note if you are using a device that outputs in bitstream you may need change mode to PCM to hear anything. For example using a PC to game,
