Having the same problem lately
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Sara. We regret to read about your LG UK6090PUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 55'' Class (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UK6090PUA intermittently disconnecting then reconnecting to your Wi-Fi and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The 55UK6090PUA is a 2018 model. Have you had this issue since you have had the TV or is this a recent development? Due to the large flat shielding surface of TV's, wireless signals are more difficult to establish and maintain than they are on other devices. A network problem can cause the internet connection on your TV to drop or disconnect. Sometimes the connection will drop if the Wi-Fi signal is too weak or if you have other devices connected to the same network that are downloading large files. They will cause the network speed to slow down. Electromagnetic interference close to the TV or Interference from other wireless devices or electric equipment such as microwave ovens can affect the Wi-Fi on your TV so be sure to keep them away from the TV. Yables with metallic frames, walls, or decks with metal surfaces can also affect your Wi-Fi. Other devices such as a cordless phone or baby monitor can also cause interference with your Wi-Fi signal. If possible, try placing your router closer to the TV to see if the signal is stronger but make sure that the TV and router are at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart...^IFV
