Setting > All Settings > Accessibility > TV Power Sound > select to turn off (grayed out)

At least it does on my 2021 nano technology LG 50” TV. 
I will just add that after you go to “all settings” then go to “General” and then “accessibility” and then turn “TV power sound” to off and it will gray out.

Found that the advice provided of the Settings ... does infact turns off the sound when powering off tv.

I just bought a new 24” LG & it has the power on & power off musical sound which I think is very loud. Yes, I was able to get rid of it. Use your TV remote, press Settings, next press Option & then press TV Power Sound to turn Off. Wonderful!!!!!?

Go to menu, all settings, accessibility.  You will be able to toggle tv power sound!

You have one chance when you first set up your monitor to turn off the buzzer. After that when you go to Settings --> General, the Buzzer option is grayed out and you can't change it. Why did LG do that? I don't know, but it's annoying as heck. However, you can Reset to Initial Settings, and that will give you another chance to turn off the buzzer.
