Hi Karkjack89. The issue could be with the IR sensor on the LG UK6090PUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 55'' Class (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UK6090PUA or it could be on the remote control for the TV. It will require troubleshooting to determine where the issue is. You could try downloading and installing the LG TV Plus app on your smartphone to see if you can use that to control the TV with your smartphone.
