“I have owned LG 4K TV in the past, and when I turn on they always show the nature background photos. But this one I just purchased shows static and it's very loud until I change to an App. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you”

It's doing that because it's set to tv tuner, if you switch to one of the Hdmi inputs and turn off the device using that Input it will show the nature screen saver

If the input does not have anything plugged in, a static screen will show at the volume that was last used.
