“Is there a way to delete the voice that announced sound lever, etc. Also, can the sound be adjusted for less bass and more treble. Is there a way I can do this with the remote. I have not been able to find that option on the remote . Thanks”

Hello, the way I was able to turn off voice assist was in the initial startup, when first turn tv on, it asks you if want to disable. Maybe try unplugging tv and plug back in see if settings reset. If not, I would look for the menu option to disable voice assist, in settings, either in accessibility tab or sound tab. For sound adjustment, go to settings, full settings, click on sound, you can adjust eq levels there.

To use Audio Guidance Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guidance When the Audio Guidance is set to On, the TV will announce its current status (Channel, Volume) by voice.
