• A separate antenna is required to access local channels over the air (OTA). However, most regions require an adapter of some sort regardless. Therefore, the answer is still you need an antenna.

• While the TV does not have a built-in antenna, it does have the following built-in tuners for connecting an antenna to: ATSC, NTSC-M,64 & 256 QAM. ^CP
