QuestionCan you use headphones with this tv without it disconnecting the sound so other people in the room can hear the tv? My father in law is hard of hearing. He currently uses headphones with the volume all the way up.

- Answer You can use the optical output and choose optical+internal audio. You will need optical to 3.5 mm adapter, Bluetooth trasmiter and Bluetooth headphones or wire headphones

- Answer You can add Prime Video to the apps on the TV. I haven't had any trouble adding my Amazon account and watching Prime TV and Movies from the TV. The longest part is the inital sign-in and account verification for the Prime app. After which your login is saved and it takes you directly to the Prime channels, movies, TV, etc. I do not have my Fire Stick plugged into this TV.

QuestionAny clue why the wifi keeps disconnecting? I have to re-enter the password every 2 days & reconnect. It's not my wifi signal-worked fine for a week then started disconnecting often. Not only that, it doesn't save my password - so I retype over & over.

- Answer Take off the back of the TV and look near the bottom for some crimped/mangled ribbon cable with tape around it. Carefully remove the tape and straighten out the ribbon. Blow out any dust in that area, put the back panel back on, and see what happens. It's an easy job, except it's just a lot of screws to remove.
