- Answer Apparently it's a factory defect with cabling. I've read you need to take the back panel off and adjust a pinched cable, but haven't bothered trying myself yet.

QuestionPurchased this TV for my Mother and it won't shut off. She turns it off and it turns itself back on after a few seconds, so she has been unplugging it. We tried adjusting the timer settings, so it's not that. Anyone else experiencing this? how to fix?
