• What you are describing is the Audio Guidance feature which can be turned off from within the settings menu in the LG 55 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM6910PUC. You can find the Audio Guidance in the Accessibility settings for the TV where you can turn it off...^IFV
