Hi Bix. Please pardon us, but we will need some clarification on what adding your own photos for an ambient display is. The Art Gallery in the LG NanoCell 90 Series 2020 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55NANO90UNA will let you use images from a USB flash drive connected to the TV's USB ports. You can either view the built-in high-definition image provided for each theme in the SArt Gallery when you run the Art Gallery app, or you can download up to three themes, delete a downloaded theme or select the theme to play...^IFV
