“I have Sennheiser headphones. The base connects to tv via digital optical. Can I get sound through headphones while turning tv sound low?”

• I would assume so, but don't know. I have my home theatre connected through the digital optical cable and when I use it I turn the tv sound all the way down, otherwise the TV and home theatre cause a slight echo. If your headphones have a volume control then I would think it'd work the same.
