I recommend that you purchase an IN WALL Power drop that will allow passing Power, HDMI, DAT etc cables inside the wall. You can DIY or have a installer come out to install it. The power drop will allow you to use the factory power cord and just plug into the power drop that will hide behind the TV wall mount.

The power cord that comes with the 55UT7000PUA model is 4 feet long, which is the standard length for most LG TVs. If you need a longer cord to hide it in the wall, you might want to look for a compatible extension cord or a longer power cable that meets the specifications of your TV. https://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-55ut7000pua-4k-uhd-tv#pdp_specs If you need help locating a compatible accessory, feel free to reach out via a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport.
