The feet on the tv are 37 inches center to center you will need a new stand

Stand Stability: If you prefer to use the TV stand, ensure that the stand can support the weight and dimensions of the TV (32.4 lbs with the stand). Since the stand width of the TV is 37.3", it will overhang on a 33" stand.
