    Asked by STOVE.

    • Answer Unlike electric range ovens that require a single-phase, 3-wire, AC 120/208 V or 120/240 V 60 Hz electrical system, and a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL - listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination, the LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Gas True Convection Range with EasyClean® and Air Fry - Stainless Steel, Model # LSGL6335F, requires a 120 Volt, 60 Hz, properly grounded dedicated circuit protected by a 15 or 20 Amp circuit breaker, or slow blow fuse. If you do not have a Gas line shut-off valve, you will need to have one installed You will also need a Flexible metal appliance connector (3/4" or 1/2" NPT x 1/2" I.D.). • Flare union adapter for connection to gas supply line (3/4" or 1/2" NPT x 1/2" I.D.) • Flare union adapter for connection to pressure regulator on range (1/2" NPT x 1/2" I.D.). • Lag bolt or 1/2" O.D. sleeve anchor (for concrete floors only). • Questionmy current stove is freestanding. How can I convert the slide in model I like in my space? do I have a contractor build out a frame?

    Asked by ella.

    • Answer I used to have a freestanding stove and replaced it with the slide in. I did not need to do anything as it fits in the same space. Since I had the freestanding, I did not have any backsplash. I still do not have one, however, it still looks fine without it, therefore, I am not in any rush to do it.

  • QuestionWhen I turn my oven on also use my convection when the fan goes also flames show while convection fan is on is this normal ?

    Asked by Nancy.

    • Answer Hello there, Nancy. We understand your inquiry about seeing flames when the convection fan is running on your LSGL6335F Gas Range. Yes, it is normal to see the burner flames ignite when the oven is in use, especially during the Convection Bake or Convection Roast modes. In a gas oven, the main bake burner will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature. When the convection fan is on, it circulates the air, and it is possible to see the flames of the main burner through the oven fan's opening as it cycles. This is a normal part of the oven's heating operation. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-6-3-cu-ft-smart-slide-in-gas-true-convection-range-with-easyclean-and-air-fry-black-stainless-steel/J7G565357V If you have any further questions about the operation of the oven or any of its cooking modes, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. —Renzo

  • QuestionWhat is the highest oven temperature you can use

    Asked by Bb.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your situation and appreciate your interest in getting the most from your LG LSG6335D Slide-In Gas Range with Air Fryer. Based on the official specifications, it does not list a specific “highest oven temperature” setting directly in the specs, many of our LG ovens are designed with advanced temperature control for various cooking modes. As a troubleshooting step, we recommend checking your control panel’s calibration settings to verify if the oven is reaching the appropriate temperature for the selected cooking mode, especially when using the Bake or Convection Bake functions. Sometimes a quick reset or calibration through the settings menu can ensure that the readings are accurate. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsgl6335d-slide-in-gas-range-with-air-fryer#pdp_specs Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport so our team can review your unit’s specific setup and explore further steps to assist you.
