  • QuestionWhat is the highest oven temperature you can use

    Asked by Bb.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your situation and appreciate your interest in getting the most from your LG LSG6335D Slide-In Gas Range with Air Fryer. Based on the official specifications, it does not list a specific “highest oven temperature” setting directly in the specs, many of our LG ovens are designed with advanced temperature control for various cooking modes. As a troubleshooting step, we recommend checking your control panel’s calibration settings to verify if the oven is reaching the appropriate temperature for the selected cooking mode, especially when using the Bake or Convection Bake functions. Sometimes a quick reset or calibration through the settings menu can ensure that the readings are accurate. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsgl6335d-slide-in-gas-range-with-air-fryer#pdp_specs Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport so our team can review your unit’s specific setup and explore further steps to assist you. • QuestionDoes this oven have a safety lock feature for the cooking knobs? This would help prevent child or cat accidental turning on the cooking knobs and causing burns or fire.

    Asked by KnobsLock.

    • Answer Hi. The LG 6.3 cu Ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled ProBake Convection® InstaView® Gas Slide-In Range with Air Fry, Model # LSGL6335F has a unique safety function called ‘Lock Out’ or ‘Control Lock’ available on LG electric ranges with front-mounted knobs since 2015. When activated, this innovative function, available only on LG ranges, locks the cooktop heating elements from being turned on even when the knob is turned. LG cautions consumers to keep children and pets away from the knobs, to check the oven knobs to ensure they are off before leaving home or going to bed, and not to leave objects on the oven when it is not in use. Consumers can reach LG Electronics at 800-399-3265 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, by email at [email protected], or online at lgecares.com/rangerecall to request a free warning label and placement instructions that reminds them to use the control lock function on the oven panel to prevent accidental activation of the heating elements. ..^Ivan.
