  • QuestionHi! Does this slide-in come with a filler set so there aren’t gaps on the sides of the range between the countertops and the range? I see GE sells them separately but not LG. Thank you, kindly.

  • Question1. What is the dB-A could I expect from this range when both the convection fan and cooling fan are operating? - my 6 year old Bosch dishwasher is 44 dB-A - my 22 year old Maytag refrigerator is 38 dB-A - my LOUD new Frigidaire range is 63 -70 dB-A

    Asked by NotafanofFrigidaire.

    • Answer Hi there, thank you for your inquiry regarding the LSGL6335F range. When both the convection fan and the cooling fan are operating, you can expect the noise level to be approximately 50 dB-A. This is relatively quiet compared to standard kitchen appliances, providing a comfortable cooking environment. We understand how important noise levels can be, especially in an open-concept space. • QuestionDoes this stove need to be vented outside or does a simple microwave vent work?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi there! Thank you for your question about the LSGL6335D stove. This model is designed for venting through the wall to the outside for optimal performance, especially when using it for cooking at higher temperatures. While a simple microwave vent can help with minor smoke and odors, it may not be sufficient for effective ventilation while cooking. For best results, it’s recommended to use an appropriate range hood or venting system. • QuestionWhen I start any burner (putting to ignition/lite) ALL OTHER four burners start making noises and show sparks. Is that normal with this model? My other Kenmore range did not do that.

    Asked by Ishaq.

    • Answer Hi there. We understand your inquiry regarding the ignition process of the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Gas True Convection Range. It is normal for all electrodes to spark simultaneously when any single burner knob is turned to the "Lite" position, as the ignition system is designed to trigger all igniters at once. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-6-3-cu-ft-smart-slide-in-gas-true-convection-range-with-easyclean-and-air-fry-stainless-steel/J7G565357G For further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on [email protected]. —Renzo

  • QuestionAre any of these downdraft venting ? Looked like one on the back of the range.

    Asked by Ellen.

    • Answer Heat from the oven will escape from the back grill, that also acts as a spacer to block the unit from getting too close to the wall. It was the same with our old GE unit, only it's venting was in front of the control panel that was on the back. We also bought an LG microwave that's mounted above it, which is vented to extract the heat. Hope this helps you.

  • QuestionDoes this oven come with natural gas orifices already inside or with none? Also does it suppose to come with a hose to hook up in the back of oven to your hose that's in the wall?

    Asked by Horton.

    • Answer Gas line is sold separately ($40.00). We have the Total Tech plan, so the oven was installed by Best Buy contractors. I'm assuming that Natural gas valve would be the standard. You should ask your sales rep for more specific information.
