A:AnswerHeat from the oven will escape from the back grill, that also acts as a spacer to block the unit from getting too close to the wall. It was the same with our old GE unit, only it's venting was in front of the control panel that was on the back. We also bought an LG microwave that's mounted above it, which is vented to extract the heat. Hope this helps you.
A:AnswerHello there. We understand your inquiry regarding the grates for the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Gas True Convection Range. This model features a continuous heavy-duty grate system, and the center grate is specifically designed to be swapped with the included integrated griddle. You do not need to purchase an additional grate to use the cooktop features.

A:AnswerHello, Michele! Interesting question. 6.3 cu ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled ProBake Convection® InstaView® Gas Slide-In Range with Air Fry (LSGL6335F) is definitely printproof that leaves no trace behind. A:AnswerGas line is sold separately ($40.00). We have the Total Tech plan, so the oven was installed by Best Buy contractors. I'm assuming that Natural gas valve would be the standard. You should ask your sales rep for more specific information.

A:AnswerHi, In the control Panel, there's light, please hold it 3 secs to turn it on and hold again 3 secs to turn it off. Please check this manual https://www.lg.com/us/support/manuals-documents?customerModelCode=LSGL6335D&csSalesCode=LSGL6335D.BBDELGA&category=CT00000303&subcategory=CT10000068. ^Vanessa
A:AnswerI'm not sure what you mean by "very hot", but the glow your seeing is normal. You will also notice a glow in the oven when baking, this is also normal. Our back splash behind the oven is tile, so no safety risk.
A:AnswerHi, Let us help you with that! Please send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your contact info, model and description of the issue and we can expedite a resolution for you. Thank you. ^Vanessa
A:AnswerWe bought ours on amazon. Do yourself a favor though. Buy quality Stainless Steel ones. They look better and the prongs will hold them in place better than those cheaper plastic ones. Definitely worth the investment.
