- Answer Basically with just water. If you go to their site there is a video on it. This oven comes with a spray bottle. You just spray water in the oven turn on the 10 minute clean cycle and wipe away. No chemicals. There is a special ceramic (the blue) that makes this possible.

- Answer For high-output gas ranges or cooktops, the minimum rate of 1 CFM of ventilation per 100 BTU is recommended. For example, if your high-output burner output is 45,000 BTU, look for a range hood that provides 450 CFM to best clear the air. However, the higher the CFM, the louder the hood will be. - Answer We looked everywhere for pictures, not sure why there are none. My range has a space for the gas line to be tucked in, and our service comes out of the floor as well. It took some doing but my husband was able to get most of the unweildy gas line tucked in using a piece of 1x3 and standing on a step ladder, while I worked the range toward the wall. It comes equipped with a spacer, which we used to cover the small 2" gap between the back of the range and the wall. It is probably a good idea to just plan on using the spacer as the back of the range gets pretty hot and the space will allow some circulation for heat dissipation.

- Answer Yes, it is pretty quiet though. I wouldn't say it is whistling, but there is a slight fan noise. It's quieter than my exhaust fan turned on low. Not sure how loud it would have to be for you to find it disturbing, but it's not a problem for me.

- Answer Gas, both are gas. The bottom oven has a setting for Convection Bake, which runs a fan to circulate the heat, but does not require any special wiring or special plug or outlet.
