“The griddle on the top - does it sit down in the grill so its secure - or does it just sit on top like a frying pan? Reason being I dont want to accidentally bump it off the top of the stove while I am cooking on it.”

• The griddle sits on top but has small pegs that wedge against the normal grate over the burners…love the ability to use the wok due to the design of the normal grate also.
