The interior height of the upper oven is 9.125" and the lower over is 14.125". ^Daphane

The lower Bake/Convection oven has a sliding rack which is really two racks in one. With the double sliding rack the clearance is 9 in. If you replace the double rack with rack from top oven/broiler you will have 10 inch clearance The user guide suggest using shallow roasting pans for better heat distribution by the convection oven

No. I just measured from the bottom rack in both ovens and a 10 inch high roasting pan would not fit.
