The LG UHD 70 Series 60 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 60UN7000PUB and all other LG 4K HDR Smart LED TVs, like the 70" screen have a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 which is an Aspect Ratio of 16:9. The TV has a built-in 4K Upscaler that will upconvert any signal with a lower resolution to its native resolution or get the signal as close to its native resolution as it can depending on how much data is contained within that signal. When it receives a 4:3 image, it will display that image on the TV as a 16:9 Aspect Ratio but with black bars so images do not look stretched ...^IFV
