Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We eneded up having to do that bc it did not fit vertically in a Chevy Tahoe. We asked the store manager can we just lay it down. He basically said he does not recommend it bc if we do that and get home and its cracked there is nothing they can do to replace it.! Well we asked how do we know if its not already cracked right now in the box we won't know anyway till we get home. He said your right mam we don't know. So he said when we get home take it out of box right away and check it and if anything is wrong with it call him ASAP.! We loaded it up horizontal drove 25min very carefully got home and it was good.! Manager also said tv is not protected with anything on the screen inside box but there was.! That probably helped save us from it not cracking on the way home.! Hope this helps.!
