I purchased an echogear full motion mount that works great. Their website has a guide to select based off your TV including my E6 OLED. You need to be careful as the screw holes are only on the lower section of the TV and the brackets may stick past the bottom on some mounts.

The sound bar at the bottom is not detachable so you are limited to installing the base plate that is provided with the tv to set it on a flat surface. It can be wall mounted with a standard VESA (A x B) 300 x 200 mount as discribed in the owners manual. You can download the owners manual from the LG website.
