Honestly... It could be anything in the chain. An HDMI cable, the cable box, charter lol.. sorry ::ahem:: Are you sure the cable box is showing you 4k120? That doesn't sound right. Broadcast tv is not broadcast using that much bandwidth. The TV is likely fine and so are your cables. The issue is most likely the content coming out of the box. Also make sure you don't turn Sharpness to high. On an OLED you should really leave it at 0. Charter is outputing at the standard broadcasting rate. Honestly the 120 frames per second are for gaming. Make sure VRR is off. It's under game mode. Also make sure you set the HDMI input of your cable box to show deep color, otherwise it won't output properly but it will potentially engage VRR/Gsync which is easy to shut off.
