It’s not the tv. I noticed the same issue while watching breaking bad. It has to do with the filming process and age of the show. I found it to be a lot more grainy than I remember watching on other TVs. That’s because the quality of this tv really makes it obvious. Also for any devise that’s wired such as gaming console or disc player make sure to use high quality hdmi cables. Yes it makes a difference.
