“Hello I purchased this tv and am very happy with the picture quality but I cannot get it to look good when watching sports. I also do not have a sports mode on my tv. Are there any recommended settings ? It looks grainy when watching sports”

This site will walk you through the steps of calibrating your tv. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/cx-oled It's really detailed in the setup process. It may take 15-20 minutes of your time. If your tv still looks "grainy" after this it may just be because of the source resolution. Try watching sports in 4k if you have the option and see if it has issues there also.
