The Digital Sound Out in the LG CX 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65CXPUA only has an option to output audio through the HDMI eARC port or through the Optical Digital Audio Out. You cannot select both to output at the same time. You can set it to Auto / Pass Through and depending on the sound input, the TV will determine which port to send the audio through. The Optical Digital Audio Out cannot transmit the bandwidth necessary for Blu-ray-specific audio formats like Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD Master Audio, and Linear PCM. That requires HDMI...^IFV
