All at the same time? I don't think so, not using just the TV. There are audio modes where you can output to multiple devices but it's not what you want. You can do Bluetooth out + TV Speakers Optical out + TV Speakers Wired Headphones + TV Speakers You could use a PC and a program called virtual audio cable to make it work. If the soundbar itself can output to another device then you could likely combine that with the TV's options.
