“If I connect all my sources (PS4, PC, Comcast Cable, Apple TV) to LG TV via HDMI inputs, then connect LG to my receiver via HDMI, will I still get 5.1 / 7.1 surround sound OR will I only get 2 channel sound?”

• You need to keep HDMI 2 open to connect your TV to your receiver. That’s the eArc/Arc HDMI port so it will give you the best results. That leaves 3 other HDMI ports for you to use for other devices. If you have more than three you might want to consider an HDMI hub.

• If your receiver has an ARC HDMI, that is all you need to connect to the receiver. Otherwise it will depend on your receiver settings.

• Unless you connect a Surround Sound system, the TV will only offer 2.2 Channel audio via the internal speakers. ^Daphane
