“Can I mount my 65" LG OLED TV over a gas fireplace wall? I don't use fireplace very often. What if I use it while the TV is on? Risks/suggestions? Picture shows the fireplace wall; TV is going to cover most of the wall area.”

Yes this TV can be mounted above the fireplace I recently purchased the TV and placed it above my natural fireplace which I never use at some point the fireplace will be turned into a gas fireplace. The only thing you need to concern yourself with if you’re hanging out yourself make sure you found good studs in the wall and that the wall doesn’t get too hot when using the fireplace if the wall heats up behind the TV the amount should keep the TV far enough away but I would still be cautious about using the TV and fireplace at the same time
