QuestionI need the measurements of the actual stand that holds the tv. Specifically the depth of the stand. I am trying to get tv in an entertainment center and although the TV is 1/2 inch wider I do have 4 inches where I could move tv stand closer to front edge.

- Answer The stand part is about 40 inches by 5 inches. How ever there is a rectangular protrusion is about 6 inches behind this. I don’t think the protrusion provides much of any support, but it might hang off the back of the entertainment center. So the closest the screen front could be to a wall is about 10 inches-the stand front is about an inch in front of the screen.

QuestionCan The HDMI eARC output and the optical output be used at the same time? Need to connect two audio devices at the same time.

- Answer In my experience it only sees one or the other and actually will switch to HDMI each time the TV is turned on no mater which input was used last.

- Answer Can’t go wrong with either, but the C9 has a very small advantage (pretty much un-noticeable) in picture based purely on the specs, however the CX has an upgrade with the sound of the internal speakers, in my opinion. I’d go with the C9 and save a couple hundred bucks especially if you plan to hook it up to a sound system anyway.

QuestionWhat is the best way to clean the screen?

- Answer Clean only with a dry cloth. When cleaning, unplug the power cord and wipe gently with a soft cloth to prevent scratching. Do not spray water or other liquids directly on the TV as electric shock may occur. Do not clean with chemicals such as alcohol, thinners, or benzine. ^CP

QuestionJust got this TV plus Rocketfish 8' 4K HDMI (RF-HG08501). Live sports seem fuzzy/blurry at times thus less than 120hz from Charter Spectrum cable box. Is this due to inadequate HDMI, cable box, or my needing additional equipment? or something else?

- Answer Honestly... It could be anything in the chain. An HDMI cable, the cable box, charter lol.. sorry ::ahem:: Are you sure the cable box is showing you 4k120? That doesn't sound right. Broadcast tv is not broadcast using that much bandwidth. The TV is likely fine and so are your cables. The issue is most likely the content coming out of the box. Also make sure you don't turn Sharpness to high. On an OLED you should really leave it at 0. Charter is outputing at the standard broadcasting rate. Honestly the 120 frames per second are for gaming. Make sure VRR is off. It's under game mode. Also make sure you set the HDMI input of your cable box to show deep color, otherwise it won't output properly but it will potentially engage VRR/Gsync which is easy to shut off.

QuestionIs it safe to transport this TV at an angle? It won't fit upright in my CR-V, but I could tip it at like a 45 degree angle, and it would work

- Answer We tipped the box a bit in my 4runner and it worked out well. We also put towels in between the box and whatever it was leaning against and wherever we can in the truck for some cushioning just in case when we ran over bumps.

QuestionIs there a way to attach a (LG) soundbar to the bottom of the TV? I will be using a wall mount, so the base stand will be removed. Does LG have a bracket that is included with its soundbars or available for separate purchase?

- Answer I think all of them have maybe advantages over the other, but I don't have any, and at so much a month it's just like insurance. You may pay in for a long time, and they do not pay out. It's a gamble with protection plans. I don't like them, and have not had any good expierience with them.

QuestionThe VESA mounts pictured on the back are not centered vertically, i.e. they are closer to the bottom edge than the top edge. Does anyone know the offset of the top pair of mounts from the top edge (or bottom pair from bottom edge)?
