• Yes -- you must download the update via internet connection either wired or wireless. Go to "Settings" and under "About this TV" there is a setting for needed updates.

• Yes, I am looking at my screen and it has Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. I am using Dobly Access and playing content right now. I can also verify with Netflix by watching the Punisher which has both. It looks amazing, buy with confidence.
