It is a program inside the tv. It is supposed to refresh the pixels and prevent burn in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All you have to do is open the settings menu and select OLED display. In that area there is a pixel refresher option. You can select it to immediately run or run as soon as the tv turns off. I usually select it to run after I turn off the tv because it takes a couple hours. So watch your tv like you usually would and just set it to run when turned off so it will be ready for your next viewing session.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Burn In is a damage. I bought a display model and it had that Image retention or I call it burn in, but with the massive discount I got I can't complain plus I always have option to return it or send to manufacturer for repair.
