I just bought this t.v. on black friday Netflix and movies are awesome on it. I have Comcast as my cable provider and even on hd channels the picture looks bad is anyone else having this prpblem? null

Probably Comcast is not streaming in 4K. Also, check if you are connected using the HDMI cable instead of the coax. I used to have both cables and sometimes when I turned on the TV it takes the coax cable instead of the HDMI. If so, get rid of the coax cable. Also, check that you are on the HD channel and not on the regular one.

Does it look dark? If that's the issue, turn off energy saver mode. That really darkens the picture and it looks like terrible

Comcast and DirecTv both have exactly 1 4K channel. Buy a $100 4K Blu-ray player.

Do you have a HD HDMI cable? Most of the time the cable companies will just use a low quality HDMI cable.

4K TVs are great for 4K contents... I have PSVUE and the image is great. And it works great with my PS4 PRO too. I'll never put cable TV at home again, with all those options available.
