Probably Comcast is not streaming in 4K. Also, check if you are connected using the HDMI cable instead of the coax. I used to have both cables and sometimes when I turned on the TV it takes the coax cable instead of the HDMI. If so, get rid of the coax cable. Also, check that you are on the HD channel and not on the regular one.
