    • Answer Not a direct answer to the BT connection, but in my situation I have a surround sound unit connected by a digital optical cable and I can have the tv and surround sound audio co-exist. There are a healthy amount of audio settings so I believe you could do this, but I have don't have any direct experience with this situation. Hope this helps...

  • QuestionI have strong internet connection but the apps are buffering / displaying in poor quality (tv is fresh out of the box). I’ve rebooted the router and updated the apps. Why can’t I watch YouTube TV or ESPN in HD or better?

    • Answer This might not be the answer you’re looking for, but I find most of the smart TV operating systems are just garbage in general. I buy my TVs for the picture quality and just use a 4K Roku for everything. Every application runs so much smoother and faster than any built-in smart TV at this price point Apologies if this isn’t helpful!

  • QuestionWe just installed our new Xbox series x and are having trouble playing games on it. We can use the Xbox apps such as peacock but anytime we try to play a game the tv says no signal.

    • Answer I assume that there may be different source of problems, but the first id offer to check is your cable (hdmi or display port). Try to use another one if it doesn’t work, try xbox on different tv. Depending on outcome, you may be need to use warranty. But I home it’s just cable problem. Best regards

The TV supports 4K on all HDMI inputs, but verify this by using the official Roku settings. Set the TV to 4K: On your LG TV, navigate to Settings > Picture > Aspect Ratio and ensure it's set to 16:9.
