Q: QuestionIs it possible to connect via BT headphones and still have sound out of audio output from an LG 5UT7000PUA TV?
Asked by Bluetoothandtoutput.
- A:Answer Not a direct answer to the BT connection, but in my situation I have a surround sound unit connected by a digital optical cable and I can have the tv and surround sound audio co-exist. There are a healthy amount of audio settings so I believe you could do this, but I have don't have any direct experience with this situation. Hope this helps...

Q: QuestionI have strong internet connection but the apps are buffering / displaying in poor quality (tv is fresh out of the box). I’ve rebooted the router and updated the apps. Why can’t I watch YouTube TV or ESPN in HD or better?
Asked by Dice37.
- A:Answer This might not be the answer you’re looking for, but I find most of the smart TV operating systems are just garbage in general. I buy my TVs for the picture quality and just use a 4K Roku for everything. Every application runs so much smoother and faster than any built-in smart TV at this price point Apologies if this isn’t helpful!

Q: QuestionDoes this model TV have Pixel Cleaning?
Asked by Pixel.
- A:Answer Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out with your question. The LG TV (65UT7000PUA) model does not specifically include a "Pixel Cleaning" feature. Pixel Cleaning is typically a feature found on OLED models to help prevent image retention by periodically refreshing pixels, which is more of a concern with OLED screens due to their self-lighting pixels. However, if you're using your 65UT7000PUA for long hours and notice any image retention or screen burn-in (which is very rare on LED/LCD models like this), it’s usually not a permanent issue. You can try using the TV's screen saver or auto power-off functions to prevent static images from staying on screen for too long. If you ever experience any issues with your TV or need assistance with settings or other features, feel free to reach out to us. You can always send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport for further help. We appreciate your question and hope you continue to enjoy your LG TV. ^Juvy

Q: QuestionMay I use LG remote for the Rocku?
Asked by Maria.
- A:Answer Hello there, Maria. Thank you for your question. We understand you're asking if you can use the LG remote for a Roku device with the LG 65UT7000PUA TV. The LG remote that comes with the 65UT7000PUA TV is designed to control the TV itself, along with its features, apps, and webOS platform. It is not compatible with external devices like a Roku. Roku devices come with their own remotes, and while the LG TV can support Roku content via apps like Netflix and YouTube, the LG remote won't control the Roku device directly. However, you may be able to control some aspects of the Roku through HDMI-CEC (if enabled on both the Roku and the LG TV), but this won't replace the Roku remote fully. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-65-class-ut70-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-webos-tv-2024/6593578.p?skuId=6593578 If you need further assistance, feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Q: QuestionDoes is work in Asian countries like India that has PAL type tvs?
Asked by Pat.
- A:Answer Hi there, Pat. Thank you for your question about the LG 65UT7000PUA 4K UHD Smart TV! This model is designed for the U.S. market and supports the ATSC and Clear QAM broadcast standards, which are typically used in the United States, Canada, and certain other countries. It does not natively support PAL broadcast standards, which are common in countries like India. However, you can still use this TV in countries with PAL systems under the following conditions: External Devices: If you use an external device (such as a streaming device, Blu-ray player, or gaming console), the TV will display content regardless of the broadcast standard, as it connects via HDMI. Voltage Compatibility: Ensure that the power supply matches your region’s voltage or use a voltage converter. The TV is rated for U.S. voltage (120V, 60Hz). Broadcast Conversion: If you plan to use local broadcasts, you would need an external PAL-to-ATSC converter for compatibility. For streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, this TV can work seamlessly with an internet connection in any region, but content availability depends on the service provider's local licensing agreements. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-65-class-ut70-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-webos-tv-2024/6593578.p?skuId=6593578 If you have further questions, feel free to contact @LGUSSupport.
