“Does this dryer door have a dual opening function and if so, how does it work?”

The door opens to the side if you grab it by the top corner opposite the hinge. If you grab it in the middle of its top, there's a clip you can depress that opens it from the top, but only for about 45 degrees. It makes a sort of chute that let's you load it without bending much.

Yes, you have a lever to squeeze if you want to tip outward. Otherwise, it operates like a regular door.

Yes it does. Door functions normally from the side, but only partially opening downward

Yes it does. It will either open to the left or right. It does open down if you push in a place located at the top middle of the door. It only opens halfway down .
