I believe so. I checked, and I was charged $29.99 for a power cord as an automatic part of the package. I think all 220 volt plugs are three pronged.

The dryer should be connected to a 4-hole outlet. If the plug does not fit the outlet, a proper outlet will need to be installed by a qualified electrician. Keep in mind that a 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1,1996.
