“The model number listed here is 70UJ6570 but it says there is no HDR. However, on the LG site the TV with model number 70UJ6570 does say that it has HDR included. Did Best Buy use the wrong model number or is the product description wrong?”

Yes it does have hdr.I bought this tv last week and when hdr is present it says hdr on the screen

It most definitely does HDR10, it does not do Dolby Vision though, you would have to step up to the UJ7700 at least for that
