I’m so impressed with the smart functions that I want my 55” in the living room to die so I can get a smart tv up there as well. Picture is great when streaming and not too bad with Dish. I’ve only scratched the surface on the smart functions and need to take some time to what all she’ll do. I was going to wait to redo the basement first but I was able to get this at 1400.00 with the 0% for 2 years so it was a no brainer to replace a DLP with a bad case of the “dots”. Looks real good with my surround set up too.

Its like having your own little movie theater at home. Perfect image when using HD channels, Hulu and Netflix. Note: Take in consideration the TV stand slash entertainment center you buy, it should be at least 65" inches long or longer, because the TV is 62" inches wide and the legthat way the legs/bases won't be near the edges of the TV stand.

Great 4k Smart TV for the price

I researched the LG 70 inch 4k Smart TV and read all of the reviews. I got the TV during the Black Friday sale for $999. I opted to have it delivered by the Geek Squad who got it to me asap. I added the LG 2.1 320 watt sound bar and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Great Inexpensive 70" Flat Screen

Price point for a Smart 70" 4k was very nice. Also Channel Plus gives me some free channels to watch.

- A:Answer The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 70" Class (69.5" Diag), Model # 70UJ7570 has a native panel refresh rate of 60 Hz and TruMotion 120 There are two important things about you need to understand about video. First, you can't add detail beyond what is already in the source footage. Second, the source footage is never greater than 60Hz. When you watch a movie on Blu-ray, it's a 1080p picture at 60Hz and on a 4K Blu-ray player, it's 2160p at 60 Hz. The disc displays 60 interlaced or 30 progressive frames at 1,920-by-1,080 resolution per second of video. For movies that were recorded on film, the original footage is actually 24 frames per second, upconverted to 30 frames through a process known as 2:3 pulldown. It distributes the source frames so they can be spread across 30 instead of 24 frames per second. Those frames are then interlaced (combined and shuffled) to 60 "frames" per second to match the 60Hz refresh rate of the vast majority of TVs you can buy today. This is a time-honored tradition because American TVs have displayed 30 (actually, 29.97) frames per second and functioned at 60Hz since time immemorial. Once a TV's refresh rate goes above the rate of the content you're watching, it starts performing tricks to produce a higher frame rate. It interpolates new frames between the frames transmitted to the display at 60 frames per second (or processed into 60 frames per second from 24 frames per second for film footage, through the separate pulldown process), and the HDTV fills in the spaces by generating the best "middle" frames to stick in the cracks. This process is known as Motion Interpolation and different manufacturers call it by different names. LG calls it TruMotion. Trumotion allows you to enjoy the high-speed action of sports, video games and more with virtually no motion blur and in crystal clarity with LG’s TruMotion™ 120 Hz technology...^IFV

Q: QuestionThe model number listed here is 70UJ6570 but it says there is no HDR. However, on the LG site the TV with model number 70UJ6570 does say that it has HDR included. Did Best Buy use the wrong model number or is the product description wrong?

Q: QuestionI just purchased the LG 70UJ65 (70") tv yesterday. We mounted the legs (A to A, B to B) but the screen has a backwards lean angle. In other words the TV screen does not stand perfectly upright. Is this normal? The feet/legs don't seem to be adjustable.

- A:Answer Yes, have built in browser but the LG software has a lot of apps included YouTube app and is amaizing, Amazon movies, Netflix, Hulu and lg+ live channels are few of this apps that I use on my tv. Additional you can connect by WiFi.

Q: QuestionI visited my local bestbuy and the sale person explained that the 70" LG on sale for $999 did not have HDR technology. He stated all the low cost 70" tv,s were older technology and none had HDR please confirm HDR - yes/no if yes HDR details
