Does it work with 220-240 ? null

If you mean "Will this TV display a signal at 220-240Hz" The answer is no. The native refresh rate of this TV is 60Hz and using the TruMotion feature, the "effective" Refresh Rate would be 120. If you really want 220/240 Hz you need to find a set with a Native refresh rate of 120Hz and then the True Motion would double that to 240Hz but that is ONLY necessary if you really like the "soap opera effect" which some people like and many people do not.
