Replying to LG....So why isn't the TV receiving at least 25 consistently? The amazon stick which is plugged into the tv via HDMI1 does NOT buffer, but the TV's wifi for the same content buffers. So each time I turn the tv on, I have to switch to HDMI1 to use the stick...even though I bought this because it had wifi capabilities. Other than this issue the TV is awesome. And I hate when folks say just hardwire the internet...if I wanted to do that I would not have paid for the wifi in the TV! The modem is like 4 feet away from TV and shows that the TV is connected via 5ghz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, this can occur when the TV can not receive the full signal of the 4K content. Instead of stopping, it will adjust down and then back up. The TV must have a constant 25 mbps, or higher, download speed at all time for 4K streaming. ^AC
